Pizza bagels are an awesome thing!! Great flavor, not dry or tough at all. Turkey Havarti Bragel was creamy and much better than I thought it would be. Nice dining area and quick service despite a line in the drive through.
I was here today and the two girls working were EXTREMELY nice. They were very quick for my order and really presented themselves very well. I love workers who, even if they truly don’t want to be working, still act friendly and that they love what they do. Will definitely come here more, and I’m not even from this area.
This was a wonderful experience with my daughter on Black Friday. The hot chocolate and ham and cheese bagels were delicious! My daughter had the turkey bagel that she loves. Very friendly staff and I will definitely be going back. Received a gift bag with multiple items in it for Black Friday and I ended up buying extra bagel sandwiches, muffins and coffee to take home. Excellent customer service and food here!
I was on the fence as to go to t@rbucks or BIGGBY this morning. I decided to go to BIGGBY. I stepped in and there were several special needs people inside. They were enjoying their treat and each other’s company. I just sat back and watched them interact with each other. When the owner, Tom, and his wife, Anna, came into the facility, all of the group greeted them joyously.! they knew them by name. Anna stayed and talked with the group of people for quite some time. You could tell that she thoroughly enjoyed having them there. My sister lives out of town and has special needs. She is looking to move up here eventually, especially now that our father passed away. My mother will be coming to help my sister. Find a home for my sister. I will definitely be bringing her to this Biggby. It was so refreshing to see a restaurant. Welcome them with such open arms. I cannot wait to bring my sister here to meet others and to feel like she belongs. I cannot say enough good things about what I saw this morning! Anna, you are amazing! It is nice to go where everyone has a name and a purpose!
Good service, and my chai latte was yum yummy. I sat down to work while I waited on a friend at a doctor appointment nearby. Place had several customers but was nice and quite. I found a nice little corner so that I could participate in my conference calls but not feel like I was being listened in on.

Really great alternative to larger chain coffee shops. Great tasting coffee and I love that they have specific options for children. Next time I want to try one of their bagels, they sound delicious!
